Alimony

The court will make a decision on alimony after dividing of the marital assets and debts. There is no rule in Mississippi on whether alimony will be ordered in any particular case or the amount of alimony.

It depends on a number of different factors that are set forth in the law that we will go over when you come in for your consultation.
