"No Fault" Divorce

An Irreconcilable Differences (ID) divorce, commonly referred to as "no fault" is the right way to go if you're in the unfortunate situation where divorce is the last option.

An ID divorce has to be on file for sixty (60) days before the judge can grant it.

It requires a written agreement of the parties on division of marital assets, child custody, child visitation, and child support.

I recommend it because it is easier, it's quicker, and it costs less.
