Visitation

Visitation can be decided by the judge when the partied are not able to agree or by the parties. There are no set rules for visitation in Mississippi.

Standard visitation is every other weekend, four to five weeks in the summer, and shared holidays.

The partied can and should agree depending on work schedules of each parent.
