Worker's Compensation
The biggest question on the mind of an injured worker and his or her family is, "What am I entitled to?"
Under Mississippi Law, the injured worked is entitled to indemnity payments, which is two thirds of the average weekly wage up to a maximum.
These are usually paid biweekly.
The injury worker is also entitled to medical benefits provided by the doctor of his or her choice.
You also get mileage and pharmacy benefits.
